Super Easy Vegetarian Tostadas
4 fajita sized flour tortillas 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 2 cans refried beans 1 box mexican rice 1 c. salsa 1 c. sour cream 3/4 c. red onions 1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce 1 1/2 c. tomatoes Pam cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray foil lined pan w/ Pam cooking spray. Place 4 flour tortillas on sprayed, foil lined pan and spray Pam on tops of tortillas. Cook until golden-about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and spread hot beans and rice over each tortilla. Garnish with all condiments and Enjoy!
