The Best Buttermilk Pancakes
2 c. buttermilk 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. flour 1 tbs. sugar dash salt 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tbls. hot water
Separate egg whites from yolks. whip egg whites into foam and combine egg yolks with buttermilk. Combine flour, sugar and salt. Add soda and water to the buttermilk mixture. Combine all ingredients and fold in egg whites. Make dollar sized pancakes on a hot griddle. YUM!
